De Compras is a project inspired by glamor amidst settings that appear as mundane. Shot primarily in Mexican-owned grocery stores, the shoot featured heavily adorned Mexican and Spanish iconography as a backdrop to luxurious Hollywood glam.
Styling inspirations for the shoot included early twentieth century and modern red carpet chic as well as traditional South-Western aesthetics.
